Brazil is living some very obscure, sad and dark days of its history at this very moment. Our democracy is being assaulted and threatened by the poisonous media and the disgusting, dirty opposition that won’t accept the end of poverty and the fight for social justice in this country. They want to give away our natural resources (lots of oil, among others) to greedy foreign companies and countries that have been financing, mentoring and supporting this COUP. They forged a impeachment to strangle our fragile democracy and cancel the democratic votes of over 54million citizens who elected President Dilma Rousseff. Our democracy is crying for help, screaming for international surveillance and intervention and begging for popular support to let the world know what is happening in Brazil, please share: #STOPCOUPINBRAZIL.

Adoro este quadro. Foi pintado pensando em recomeços, em força e atitude, mas hoje percebo que tem muito mais do que o que encontra o olhar.
Ele retrata também o que sinto hoje, com o golpe político que está ocorrendo no Brasil. Estão impedindo uma presidenta honesta, legítima, eleita pelo voto democrático de 54 milhões de cidadãos, de exercer seu mandato, de combater a corrupção, de melhorar o Brasil. Ela deixa a mesa posta para que os abutres invadam e destruam tudo o que foi preparado com amor e dedicação. A casa não estava em ordem, mas o mundo em crise se queixa da mesma situação. A cortina de insatisfação, ódio e mentiras, estabelecida pela mídia para enganar e manipular os ignorantes revoltosos começa a se abrir com sua saída. Trabalhe e não pense. Aqui se instalarão os donos do poder sem voto, os liberais da ganância, os agressores de estudantes, os ladrões de merenda, os chefões do narcotráfico, os extremistas religiosos do deus capital, os senhores de engenho, os feitores, os odiadores da verdade, da justiça social, da democracia.
O vaso da tolerância foi quebrado mais uma vez mas a flor do humanismo segue viva.
A saída é sim pela esquerda, tchau querida, nos veremos em breve.
Bagagem leve, querida, porque a volta é certa.
Coração partido, sonhos quebrados, tudo passa. Não passarão.

Depois de toda a história, de toda a dor de todas as mulheres que queimaram vivas, que pariram e criaram, que carregaram as cargas da humanidade, que sofreram, que transcenderam, que lutam e enfrentam, vem alguém e exalta a “bela, recatada e do lar” como exemplo, como ideal, como modelo a ser seguido… E a liberdade, a inteligência, a força e a real beleza, o ser, a essência? Vergonha é a palavra que me vem com mais frequência nesses dias insólitos, de absurdos sem fim.

How many tyrants are necessary to make you a real victim?
How many rainy days and starry nights does it take to learn how to live?
How many life times are required to be considered an expert on the art of existence?
So many questions, so few certainties.
Taking time to consider an issue doesn’t mean reaching to a conclusion nor finding a solution. Actually, over thinking often overcrowd the mind and makes even less sure, even more confuse. Love is the answer, for all of the above exposed.

Every adversity is a disguised life lesson. Life is full of it. And we have to learn how to detect it, read it’s signs, get over it, move on. Some people are more sensitive, others much tougher. At times, it feels almost unnatural to exist and we see people walking around as zombies, choosing numbness as a way of keeping up with it, coping with it, surviving. Having a fragile skin in a world with so much evil is not an easy thing to do. Living, for some, seems like a full time job.
Sometimes it really is.
