How to love yourself
Happyness doesn´t depend of anyone but yourself.
Love, recognition, support, kindness, simpathy, empathy, care should come from inside.
When you feel whole you don´t need anyone else to fullfill your life – then the right person comes along… and makes it even more fun!

Life without friends is like night without stars, summer without sun, gardens without flowers, cinema without popcorn, winter without snow, christmas without presents, birthday without cake, party without music… It´s just not right.
Relationships can fail (they eventually do), but friendships are essential.
Besides, it stands a better chance of overcoming time. No expectations, just acceptance. Freedom and faithfulness.
Thank you friends for believing, helping, supporting and definetely being there when the weak and the cowards choose the easy way out.
You do know who you are… Thank you all. What about you? What does friendship mean to you?
Happy Thanksgiving
I was thinking abot the things I´ve experienced lately and I found many things I´m thankful for:
– My friends: real friends never let me down.
– My son: he´s the light in my life. Real mening for unconditional love.
– My traidors: they remind me how strong I am.
– My pathwork: the family I chose, the journey to my growth.
– My family: mom and sister, examples of love. Niece and nephews, the ones that make me smile no matter how grown they are. Cousins, aunts, uncles, brother-in-law, thanks you all. My brother my safe harbor, now in heaven. My dad, who passed away on november 29th, 2 years ago. I´m thankful for having all and each one of you in my life.
Your presences, acts, gestures, love and words or even the sweet memories of your existances give me the strength to go on and be thankful for the daily chance of happiness. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

this is the very beginning of my latest Family Portrait Painting
This will be a very special Family Portrait, because the family is also special and wanted something out of the ordinary.
Carla is a Philosopher, Henrique is a businessman, Marcella loves pink and purple and Leo loves Blue.
